Website terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website. Last updated August 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Sponsorcraft Ltd, trading as Hubbub, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 07699834, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. If you need to contact us about anything on this page, email hello@hubbub.net.
These terms cover the website only
These terms apply to your use of this website and nothing else. They are not the terms on which we supply our products and services. If you are a Hubbub customer, your relationship with us is governed by the contract you have signed with us, and nothing on this page changes, replaces or adds to it. If the two ever appear to conflict, your contract wins.
Using this site
You are welcome to use this site to read about what we do, get in touch, and download or view the material we have published here. Please do not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or to any system or network connected to it;
- copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content as your own, or use it to build a competing product or a dataset for training software, without asking us first;
- use automated tools to scrape the site at a volume that affects its performance for other people.
Sharing a link, quoting us with attribution, or passing a page to a colleague is all fine and needs no permission.
Our content
Unless we say otherwise, everything on this site — text, images, logos, design and code — belongs to us or is used with permission. Institution names and logos shown on this site belong to those institutions and appear with their agreement. Case studies are published with the consent of the institutions concerned.
What this site is and is not
We publish this site in good faith and keep it as accurate as we can, but it is marketing and guidance material, not professional advice on your specific situation. Fundraising results described in case studies are what those institutions achieved in their own circumstances; they are not a forecast or a promise of what any other campaign will raise. Before you make a decision that matters, talk to us and we will tell you what we think is realistic for you.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run, including our own product sites and third-party guides and tools we think are useful. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are on them.
Availability
We do not promise this site will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or these terms, at any time. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Service levels for our products are a matter for customer contracts, not for this page.
Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data on this site, and the cookies the site uses, is set out in our privacy and cookie policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
