We can help you plan a new initiative, develop or review a strategic plan, undertake deep dives of data, or provide a sounding board for new ideas.

As you embark on the execution of a new regular giving strategy or campaign, we can sit alongside you and your team to offer in-person or remote advisory services, both on-demand as questions or concerns arise, and in planned regular sessions.

We can also take on a mentorship role for team members as they develop in their careers.
Training and Readiness
Are we ready to run a Giving Day or Telephone Appeal? Is our team resourced to take on a major new target or strategy?

We can help you think through the skills and resourcing gaps to deliver against a particular set of objectives. Where necessary, we can deliver or commission appropriate training for team members.

We can make overall assessments of readiness for particular appeals based on team, data and operational capability and capacity, and assess likely outcomes and ROI of particular initiatives.
Interim Management
Team turnover is hard. For regular giving programmes, it can be hugely disruptive. We are on hand to provide interim support and management so that planned appeals can go ahead and teams can have continuity of leadership and direction.

We are familiar working at both management or director levels, and on campaign execution, and can resource roles on a temporary basis until a new recruit is in place, managing appeals and handovers professionally and successfully.
