Privacy & cookie policy
This page explains how we handle personal data on this website, and the cookies the site uses. Last updated July 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Sponsorcraft Ltd, trading as Hubbub. If you have any questions about privacy or your data, email hello@hubbub.net.
The data we collect
You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. We only collect personal data when you choose to give it to us, for example when you:
- book a demo or get in touch through a form on this site (name, email, organisation and anything you tell us);
- sign up to receive Hubbub Insights, our newsletter (name and email).
These forms are provided by HubSpot, our customer-relationship platform. The information you submit is sent to HubSpot on our behalf so we can respond to you. We use it only to reply to your enquiry or to send you the updates you asked for, and we do not sell it to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and subscriber data for as long as we need it to help you and to run our business, and no longer than is reasonable. You can ask us to update or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@hubbub.net. Every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@hubbub.net. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website can store on your device. We keep our use of cookies to a minimum and give you a real choice about the optional ones through the banner shown when you first visit.
Essential cookies and storage
These are needed for the site to work and are always on. They do not track you across other websites. They include a small record of your cookie choice (so we do not ask you again on every page) and, if you use one of our forms, the cookies HubSpot needs to submit that form securely and prevent spam.
Optional cookies
Optional cookies help us understand how the site is used and measure our marketing, so we can improve both. We only set them if you choose Accept all in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject optional, none are set and the site works exactly as before. They include:
- Analytics — cookies that tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how people move through the site, so we can make it better. They do not identify you personally.
- HubSpot — our customer-relationship and marketing platform (which also powers our contact and demo forms and our newsletter) sets cookies to recognise returning visitors, measure which content leads to enquiries, and tailor the follow-up we send. See HubSpot's own cookie information for the full list.
Changing your choice
Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, use the cookie settings link — here or in the footer of any page — and the banner will reappear so you can choose afresh. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
