King Edward's School Bath had never run a mass-participation digital fundraising event. Its first Giving Day, over two days in October 2025, raised £126,477 from 346 donors, unlocked all eight fundraising challenges and converted 26% of homepage visitors, ahead of the 20% sector benchmark.
Wadham College, Oxford
£189,252 raised over two days, with all five donor challenges unlocked
Wadham College's 2026 Giving Day raised £189,252 including challenges and matched funding, up from £137,563 the year before. 41% of homepage visitors completed a gift, more than double the sector benchmark, on the back of a 12-drop, 29-version segmented email programme that drove 85% of all traffic.
Highgate School
£230,132 raised from 355 donors, Highgate's biggest Giving Day yet
Highgate School's fifth annual Giving Day raised a record £230,132 from 355 donors over 36 hours in June 2026, up 17% on the previous year, powered by a £111,500 match pot, 16 donor challenges and a 12-email segmented campaign with a 55% average open rate.
Whitgift School
£160,000+ raised in two weeks, against a £60,000 target
Whitgift School's telephone appeal for its Whitgift for All bursary programme raised over £160,000 in two weeks against a £60,000 target, and secured 95 new and upgraded monthly Direct Debit pledges through authentic, script-free conversations from a team of 11 alumni callers.
London Business School
£1.18M raised across four Giving Days
London Business School increased donor participation and revenue by running four successive Giving Days over four years, learning to automate processes and engage alumni through ambassador-led peer-to-peer outreach.
University of York

The University of York transformed its fundraising approach by pioneering a university-branded crowdfunding platform that engaged young alumni and students, becoming the UK's leading university for alumni donors under 30.
