Associate Call Room Supervisor

Reporting into the Commercial team, we are looking for an Associate Call Room Supervisor to support the delivery of UK-based telephone fundraising campaigns throughout 2026 and beyond. This contracted, flexible role is ideal for individuals with experience in telephone fundraising - whether as a caller, supervisor, or campaign lead - who are interested in combining call room supervision with occasional campaign delivery responsibilities.

About this role

As an Associate Call Room Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth running of remote and in-person calling environments, motivating callers, monitoring performance, and supporting accurate data management during live sessions. For suitable candidates, additional project-based work may include elements of appeal planning, campaign delivery and end-to-end support for clients.

This is a flexible role which, aside from providing in-person support at customer sites when required, is otherwise fully remote.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

  • Supervise remote and in-person call rooms (travel/accommodation provided)
  • Support, motivate, and guide callers throughout calling sessions
  • Monitor performance and quality in real time
  • Work with live data and reporting tools to ensure accuracy
  • Provide daily updates and support campaign leads with troubleshooting

Optional/additional responsibilities depending on candidate

  • Support customers in planning their telephone appeals
  • Assist with data selection, segmentation and database preparation
  • Help recruit, train and supervise calling teams of up to 40 callers
  • Contribute to analysis and post-campaign reporting
  • Provide practical, informed advice throughout the appeal lifecycle

Working environment

We are a remote first team, mostly based in the UK. This role will have elements in typical business working hours but evening and weekend work is required due to the nature of the role. We are open to flexible working arrangements.

Experience/Skills

  • Suitable for former callers or supervisors with telephone fundraising experience
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage small projects to their completion against agreed deadlines/milestones.
  • Have a human-centred approach, understanding different styles and how to get the best from the people you interact with.
  • Strongly IT literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly personable, able to build positive relationships quickly.

Additional Details

  • £30.00 - £40.00 per hour
  • Evening and weekend work required
  • Short-term on-site placements (1-3 weeks) may be required across the UK (travel and accommodation provided)
  • This is a contracted role with a flexible, ad-hoc work pattern
  • Training provided 
  • Immediate start available
