Creating Engaging Social Media Content

Social media can often feel like a tough nut to crack. We want to convey why our fundraising efforts matter to both our followers and those who haven’t yet discovered us, but we can’t risk getting too silly or funny, lest our message gets lost… or can we?

In this month’s Hubbub Webinar Series, we’re thrilled to welcome Lisa Allen and Maisie Cuthbert, the masterminds behind the Hever Castle (childhood home of Anne Boleyn) social media channels. You may have already seen their viral reel, “When Gen-Z write the marketing script” which has garnered nearly 12 million views on Instagram. That post, along with many others, showcases how teams can strike the perfect balance between educating their audience about the significance of their work while using humour to capture attention—and increase engagement.

Lisa and Maisie will share their experiences and offer invaluable insights on how to create this balance, providing practical tips on how organisations can boost views and attract more followers on social media.
